PUBLIC OFFER (TERMS OF SERVICE)

for Access to the Online Course LULU / BODY ROOTS
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Aisulu Kulmakhanova (IIN 910829400172), located at: Zhambyla str. 105/81, office/apartment 9, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), to conclude a service agreement under the terms set forth below.
1.2. The LULU / BODY ROOTS course is a digital online educational product that includes video materials and additional digital content.
1.3. Payment for the course by the User constitutes full acceptance of this Offer and confirms agreement with its terms.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the digital course materials in electronic format.
2.2. Access is provided after successful payment confirmation.
2.3. Video materials are hosted on an online platform (Vimeo or another secure content hosting platform).
2.4. Access shall be deemed granted from the moment a link, login credentials, or access instructions are sent, regardless of whether the materials are viewed.
2.5. Access to the course materials is provided for 30 calendar days from the official start date of the course. After the expiration of this period, access is automatically terminated.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1. Course prices are indicated on the website and depend on the selected plan.
3.2. Residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan pay in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT).
3.3. International Users may pay in US dollars (USD).
3.4. Payments are processed via Kazakhstani and/or international payment systems.
3.5. When paying in foreign currency, currency conversion may be applied according to the card issuer’s exchange rate.
3.6. Payment obligations are considered fulfilled once the transaction is successfully confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All course materials are protected by copyright and belong to the Provider.
4.2. Copying, recording, distributing, transferring to third parties, reselling, or otherwise using the materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Access is granted for personal use only.
5. Liability
5.1. The Provider is not responsible for inability to access the course due to reasons beyond its control (internet failure, device limitations, etc.).
5.2. Lack of expected results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

REFUND POLICY

1. The course is a digital product.
2. Refunds are possible only before access to the course materials has been granted.
3. Once access has been provided, refunds are not available.
4. Access to any portion of the course materials constitutes partial fulfillment of the service and eliminates refund eligibility.
5. Subjective dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or personal circumstances do not constitute valid grounds for refund.

The request must include:
– Full name
– Date of payment
– Payment confirmation
– Reason for request

1. Requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days.
2. If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the decision.
3. The time required for funds to appear on the User’s account depends on the issuing bank and may take up to 30 calendar days.
4. The Provider reserves the right to verify access logs and user activity before approving a refund.
5. In case of chargeback initiation without prior contact, the Provider may submit proof of access delivery to the payment system.
6. Payment system and bank processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
