The LULU / BODY ROOTS course is a digital online educational product that includes pre-recorded video lessons and digital materials.
Once access to the course is granted, the service is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested only if:
  • the request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase;
  • no more than one (1) lesson has been accessed or viewed.
If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:
  • more than one lesson has been accessed;
  • the course has been completed or substantially used;
  • the refund request is based on personal preferences, lack of time, or change of mind;
  • access was suspended due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.
